RANDY LAWRENCE - LEAD PASTOR
Randy and Debbie have served together in ministry for the past 15 years.
In recent years the Lord has taken them on a journey to restore their
hearts in ways that they never thought possible on this planet.
Randy and Debbie love being involved in restoration projects, restoring
old houses, motorcycles, old cars, and helping God restoring His beloved
children. Randy enjoys riding dirt bikes, playing Xbox, watching
movies, and hanging out with friends. Debbie loves animals and reading.
They have four children, Kelsey, Abbey, Elliott and Lucy.

BJ HILLABUSH - YOUTH PASTOR
BJ is currently serving at Adventure as our Youth Pastor. BJ’s passion is showing our young people how to walk with God in purity and power. He has a heart to energize teens toward outreach and missions. Before becoming our youth pastor BJ led a ministry to inner city street people in Seattle. BJ married Nichole in 2005 and are enjoying their new life together. Nichole is passionate about drama and creative approaches to ministry.

JEFF COULT - WORSHIP PASTOR
Jeff has been an avid musician for longer than he can remember. His pursuit of musical performance began as a career direction which included playing in secular venues. After dedicating his life and music to Christ he toured with several Christian bands and "gigged" as a studio musician. However, falling in love with his (now) wife Karen motivated him to get a "real" job, and Jeff has been a weekend worship warrior ever since, with an ever-growing passion both to worship God with music and to do whatever he can to lead others to experience the "garment of praise"; the joy and power available to all believers when they give their hearts over to God in worship.
Involvement with the Adventure family has resulted in an exciting journey of heart healing, deep restoration and true fellowship. Jeff is currently working for an eastside avionics company, is married and has four children.

JEFF HANSEN - CARE PASTOR
Jeff and Star were missionaries in Albania with YWAM for four years. Then God called them to return to the States in order to raise up an army for Albania and led them to Adventure Church. Here at Adventure they recovered of their hearts and want to do the same for others. Jeff is passionate about living a life of listening to the Lord. Both Star and Jeff are also committed to helping children take a deeper journey of walking with God, winning spiritual battles, experiencing healing and living in a community. They have five children – Lydia, Bear, Benji Daniel and Micah, and reside in Duvall since 2004.

JONATHAN KOBAYASHI - Pastor at large
Jonathan and Kim met in Japan while they were on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ. In 1993, they helped start a church in Colorado Springs, and since then Jonathan has been in pastoral ministry. For them adventures continue as Kim has experienced God afresh and more deeply through arts (the birth of her Awakened Artist Ministry), and God gave Jonathan a new mission, Acts 8 Ministries. Their oldest daughter (not shown), Elizabeth, is a Film major at Biola University. Christina, Sarah and Zach are active in Youth Ministry and loving it!

CINDY GRIFFIN - CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Cindy and Jerry met and started dating during high school in Carnation. They were married five years later in 1987, after finishing college. Cindy has lived in the area since 1977 while Jerry is a lifelong resident of Duvall. They have three daughters, Stephanie, Kathleen and Nicole. After attending Overlake Christian Church for many years, they heard God leading them back to Duvall, to worship and serve in their own community. Adventure has been their church home since 2005. Cindy began serving as the Director of Children’s Ministry in October 2007 and loves every minute of serving the Lord through this ministry. Besides Children’s Ministry, she loves MOPS, being a Girl Scout leader, crafts and VBS!

PATTY RODDY - OFFICE MANAGER
Patty was born and raised in Bellevue, Washington. She met her husband, Mark, while in college and they married soon after graduation. They have four wonderful daughters who they homeschooled last 23 years. Patty is passionate about her family, as well as being a Women’s Ministry and MOPS mentor. She loves to read, play games and encourage others in their walk with God. The Roddy family has been part of the Adventure family since the summer of 2005.
